Agreement
By purchasing or accessing any product from insuranceguydan.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use or purchase from this site.
"We" and "us" mean the publisher of The Agent's Unfair Advantage, trading as Dan Callahan · The Insurance AI Guy. "Dan Callahan" is a pen name. Payment is taken by Stripe on our behalf, and the seller shown on your receipt is the party you are contracting with. Every question, refund and dispute goes to dancallahan.insurance@gmail.com.
What You Are Buying
One purchase gives you two things:
- The field guide — a PDF of The Agent's Unfair Advantage, downloadable and yours to keep permanently.
- The web library — a private web page containing the same 50 prompts, searchable and copyable.
The PDF is the product. The web library is a convenience we provide alongside it, and we may change, move, or discontinue it — if we ever do, the guide you downloaded is unaffected and no refund is owed on that basis. Your access link is not public: sharing it is treated the same as sharing the guide itself, under the licence terms below.
The 30-Day "Send One This Week" Guarantee
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of your purchase date. We process refunds within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe. You do not need to give a reason, and you do not need to return or delete anything — the guide stays yours.
Nothing in these terms limits any statutory refund or cancellation right you have under the consumer law of your own country or state.
Intellectual Property
All content sold on insuranceguydan.com — the Agent's Unfair Advantage field guide, the web library, all bonus materials, and any future products — is the intellectual property of its publisher, trading as Dan Callahan · The Insurance AI Guy, and is protected by copyright.
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the materials for your own professional insurance work, including inside the agency you work for. You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or share the guide or any of its contents with others
- Share your web library link, or give anyone else access to it
- Reproduce or republish the prompts, copy, or structure in any commercial format
- Use the materials to create a competing product
- Post the guide or its contents publicly online
Using a prompt in your own agency is exactly what you bought it for. Output you generate from the prompts — the emails, texts and posts you send to your own clients — is yours, and we claim nothing in it.
No Professional Advice
The content in our products is educational and informational. It does not constitute legal, compliance, financial, or insurance regulatory advice. You are responsible for ensuring that any AI-generated content you use in your agency complies with applicable state regulations, your carrier agreements, and your E&O requirements.
AI drafts — you, the licensed professional, approve and send.
AI Tools Are Not Ours
The prompts are written to be used in third-party AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini. We do not operate those tools, have no relationship with them, and are not responsible for their output, availability, pricing, or terms — which you accept directly with them. AI output can be wrong, outdated, or unsuitable. Nothing in the guide overrides those providers' own rules, and you are responsible for what you paste in and what you send out.
No Income Guarantees
We make no guarantees about revenue, lead generation, policy sales, or any other business outcome from using our products. Results depend on your market, your effort, and factors outside our control. Any examples of outcomes described in our marketing materials are illustrative, not guaranteed.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither we nor the publisher of these materials shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products, including any compliance issues, E&O claims, or business losses. Our total liability to you, on any basis, is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits. Where that is the case, they apply only as far as the law permits, and your statutory rights are untouched.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the publisher is established, without regard to conflict of law principles. This does not remove any mandatory consumer-protection right available to you under the law of your own country or state, and it does not prevent you from bringing a claim where you live.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to this page. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance.
